FAQ
❤️Q1. HAIR SMELL: Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil on the hair before shipment, to keep the hair's original texture during longer-term delivery. But the smell will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner; please don't worry.
❤️Q2. WAVE or CURLY HAIR TEXTURE: Wavy or curly hair is made by steam without any chemicals, so the texture will loosen after washing. Please kindly understand that we do it to maintain the hair's lifetime and natural state.
❤️Q3. HAIR CARE PRODUCTS: Good-quality shampoo and conditioner can improve hair's appearance. Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. Let it air dry instead of blow drying.
❤️Q4. COLORING: All hair can be dyed or bleached to any color you want, except #613, but remember virgin hair is easier to dry after leaving the hair donor, so don’t dye or bleach hair too frequently; it will damage the hair. Also, please do it professionally.
❤️Q5. LENGTH :All the wigs have measured before ship out. When you receive the hair, if it looks short than you thought please measure first, and for the curly and wave hair, please straighten it and measure, must be enough, please don't measure just one strand of hair ,that's inaccurate,the hair length is mean whole length from top to end. if not enough please contact our customer service first for help !!!!
❤️Q6. Split/dry ends: Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair will be lit dry after leaving the hair donor because it has lost human nutrition. You can put some oil in them to keep them better.
